In the Northern California coast, summer has just begun: the fogs and winds of June-August have given way to heat. And yet Halloween stores are beginning to spurt up, as well as pumpkin spice coffee drinks. While the thermostat soars to 106 degrees, what better way to cool down then to actually think about rain, and maybe even wearing a warm raincoat? And if that isn't enough, why not think welcome rain with some attitude and just dance in between the slow drips of cool water goblets?
