Our products all contain original
artwork by Pia f. Walker, artist and owner of Attaining Creativity.
Wholesale products will bear the Attaining Creativity name and
logo and contact information.
Below is a small sampling of our
greeting cards. View our full catalog!
New Accounts
To establish a wholesale
account with Attaining Creativity, mail or fax:
The California Resale
Certificate is required whether or not you operate in California.
If your company does not have a California Seller's Permit because
you do not operate in California, please note this on the application
form.
Wholesale accounts not
active for 12 months will be deleted.

You may place your wholesale
order, using our wholesale order

Minimums
Initial and reorder orders
are $100 minimum net excluding shipping cost. All orders must
contain a minimum of 6 of each greeting card design ordered.
Payment
For all wholesale accounts,
payment is due in full upon placement of order. We do not offer
net terms at this time. We currently accept:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard,
and Discover). Your credit card will be charged for the full
amount upon ordering. You may place a credit card on file for
your payment convenience and quicker turn-around of re-orders.
- Checks in U.S. funds
drawn on U.S. bank. Check will clear our account before order
is shipped. Checks must be made payable to Attaining Creativity.
Cancellations
All cancellations must
be received in writing prior to requested ship date.
Because we are unable
to recover the credit card fees that we incur from our credit
card merchant account, orders that are canceled after the credit
card charges have cleared (midnight on the same day the order
was placed) will be refunded less 2.19% of the total charge.
Delivery
Orders are usually shipped
within 2 business days of payment receipt. You will be notified
of any further delays.
Shipping
All orders are shipped
via USPS, or FedEx/UPS for larger orders. Please contact us if
you have a preference for a particular shipping method. Shipping
is automatically calculated by weight, and actual shipping charges
will be added to your total.
Delays
Attaining Creativity assumes
no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage caused
by delay or inability to deliver as a result, directly or indirectly,
of acts of God, floods, fires, strikes, labor disputes, accidents,
embargoes, delays of carriers, acts of military authorities,
sabotage, Attaining Creativity's inability to obtain raw material,
supplies or equipment, or from any other cause which is unavoidable
or beyond Attaining Creativity's responsible control.
Returns
All sales are final.
Defects
We will replace all damaged/defective
merchandise for an identical item. All claims must be made directly
to Attaining Creativity, within 7 days of receipt shipment. No
returns are to be made without prior authorization from Attaining
Creativity.
For Resale Only
All products are to be
purchased for resale only. Your wholesale account is not to be
used by anyone other than you or an approved representative of
your company. Wholesale products are not for gift giving or personal
use. We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account
found to be violating this agreement.
Agreement of Terms
By placing an order with
Attaining Creativity, you hereby understand and agree to abide
by all the policies set forth by this agreement. These terms
are subject to change at any time and you will be notified of
such. We reserve the right to refuse any wholesale order for
any reason.
